We want you to love your lashes, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Contact us at contact@theperfectgaze.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Ship the items back to the address provided by our team.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or an error occurred.
